In his words, “They are of France, but not French.” Dalrymple explained that the bloated French welfare state houses, clothes, feeds and pays its unassimilated immigrant communities in a manner that enables disaffected youth to “enjoy a far higher standard of living (or consumption) than they would in countries of their parents’ or grandparents’ origin, even if they labored there 14 hours a day to the maximum of their capacity.”" MALAY BISHOPS : warn flock against shariah law effect on marriage to a Muslim, ie. once you become Muslim through marriage, your new ID card will register you as a Muslim. If you want to revert back to your old religion, you will have to go through the courts and prove that you have never lived as a Muslim or never practised the Islamic faith. Your Muslim-born spouse will never be able to change his/her faith. If he/she tries, he/she will be considered a Muslim apostate and given 3 days to repent and return to Islam, otherwise, he/she will be required to join a state ‘re-education class’ or given a jail sentence or both. You or your Muslim spouse will be buried as a Muslim, even if he/she never or refused to practise it. There have been cases in Malaysia where the state seized dead bodies against the wishes of the relatives, because the state had reason to believe that the deceaseds were Muslims. In case of a divorce from a Muslim spouse, unless you succesfully revoked your Muslim identity from your identity card, you will not be able to marry a person other than a Muslim & your children will be  automatically considered a Muslim & will be educated as Muslims regardless of their objection.

The shariah’s most important rules : (1) Your religion is a NOT a personal matter, it is a matter of the state, (2) ONCE A MUSLIM, ALWAYS A MUSLIM. Your Muslim-born spouse or your Muslim-born children may TRY to sue the state for refusing to change the word Muslim in your ID card. LINA JOY tried for 15 years, went all the way to the Supreme Court and failed. She had to go into hiding due to death threaths and is now applying for asylum in another country.

Other shariah requirements (as stated in the Quran) : Marriage in Islam is not a sacrament but a contract. Your Muslim wife will require you to become Muslim, because Muslim women are forbidden from marrying non-Muslims. Your Muslim husband will not require you, but only your children, to become Muslims; he can beat you if (see Q4:34), he can take more than one wife, he can divorce you without giving any valid reasons by saying ‘I divorce you’ (3X) even by text message, whilst YOU (the wife) have to seek divorce throught the courts; your divorced husband will allow you to keep the children only until they are 7 (or 11) years old, his shariah obligation is to pay you maintenance for no longer than 3 months. IF you wish to return to your divorced Muslim husband, you have to marry somebody else first, consummate that  marriage, divorce that second husband and only THEN return to your ex-husband.
