27.02.08, UK : The conviction of these terrorists led one reader in another thread to ask, quite rightly “Where is the moderate Muslims’ condemnation of these ‘extremists’? – their silence is deafening”.But if that’s not bad enough, what about the complicity of BBC’s Nasreen Suleaman? Terrorist ringleader Mohammed Hamid actually told Ms Suleaman, off the record, that he KNEW the identities of the 21/7 bombers! But what did she do with this info? Did she get straight on to the police? After all, attempted mass murder and maiming, whoever perpetrates it, is about the worst crime one can think of… But no, SHE DID NOTHING! What if these guys had carried out further bombings? Surely the victims’ blood would have been on her hands.  This lady is a BRITISH BORN Pakistani; no doubt she would class herself as a moderate Muslim. Yet it’s clear to see that her loyalty to Britain comes a very poor second to not informing on her fellow Muslim.

Where are the editorials from the moderate Muslims?
Where are the books being printed in the Arab and western world denouncing the Jihadists form the Moderate Muslims? In fact, the only book that’s being printed over and over again in the Arab/Muslim World is: “The Protocols of the Elders of Zion.” It’s the same story everywhere we turn in the Arab/Muslim World, be it Yemen or Detroit. It is Israel’s fault. It is Bush’s fault. It is America’s fault. It is everybody’s fault — except the terrorists; everybody’s fault except the religion that spawns these barbarians in every single corner of the globe.

A Bridge to “Moderate” Islam Is a Road to Hell by Amil Imani (EX iRANIAN MUSLIM) : The so-called “Moderate Muslims” or “Secular Muslims” would like to have their cake and eat it too. They wish to remain Muslims in name only, yet not bother to read the mandates of the Quran or understand the context in which Muhammad foisted his poisonous prophecy upon the world.

Instead of conclusively demonstrating Islam’s violent nature from its very inception and moving in another direction with what they can prove is the worthwhile portions of Islam, they have decided to marry an inherently noxious religion with an inherently godless philosophy, secularism. “Secular Islam Summit” was hilarious; a run-down and meaningless show of desperate attempt to salvage a bankrupt and deadly ideology.

Also, these happy-go-lucky people-of-Islam are indeed delusional, for Muhammad’s record is not even the subject of debate. His utterances and deeds are a part of history that is simply not debatable. Islam is what Muhammad said it was in the diatribes of vitriol and hatred that is the Quran; and Islam is what Muhammad did during his violent life. If you accept Islam as your religion, you become a part of the guiding principles of hatred, revenge, and rejection of prior enlightened prophecies. But the “bridge-builders refuse to acknowledge the fact that one cannot be a Muslim and not abide by the dictates of the Quran.

Keep in mind that the fact being a Muslim is a clear admission of wrongdoing, the extent of which depends on the degree of a person’s Muslim-ness. If he is only a Muslim who does not practice Islam, then he is, at the very least, guilty of hypocrisy. If he is somewhat of a Muslim by tithing, from time to time, following the ranting of the local mullah or imam, and swallowing whole the pronouncements of the high divines, then he is guilty of significantly contributing to the evildoings of Islam.

MODERATE MUSLIMS IN BRITAIN: Take the outgoing head of the infamously moderate Muslim Council of Britain, Iqbal Sacranie, who said that death would be too good for Salman Rushdie, and who called for the abolition of Jewish Holocaust Memorial Day. Or take his successor, Muhammad Abdul Bari. Bari runs a Saudi funded mosque, which did a press release in his name saying that the Muhammad cartoons were similar to the vilification of Jews by the Nazis, and he’s been linked to Tablighi Jamaat (home to American Taliban John Walker Lindh and our own London bomber Mohammed Siddique Khan) through the London Muslim Centre. Or take Tariq Ramadan, the man for whom the concept of Islamic Doublespeak – or taqiyya – could well have been coined. He has categorically condemned suicide bombing on British television while advocating it in other forums. Ramadan is now a key government advisor and media spokesperson for ‘moderate’ Islam.
